CRAWL TIME: Whyalla Stall Crawl organisers Kylie Hughes, left, and Anne Yate are excited to announce that this year the crawl will be a Chirstmas Market.

After winning the Australia Day 2021 Event of the Year, the Whyalla Stall Crawl is back again.

This year the event will be held on November 28 with a Christmas theme, so grab your friends, get in your car and check out some of Whyalla's finest products from 10am-3pm.

Organisers Kyle Hughes and Ann Yates have already been greeted with an influx of stallholders, with around 60 people signing up their business for the crawl.

"Participants can go from property to property to check out the stalls, there will be a street list and a virtual google maps route so people can see where everything is," Ms Hughes said.

"There will be candles, melts, hair accessories, Christmas items, plants ... there's a bit of everything."

Ms Yates said it was a great opportunity for stay-at-home Mums to make some extra money before Christmas, and for kids to earn some pocket money.

"We've got some little entrepreneurs involved so that's good to see," she said.

"The crawl was really successful last year, we didn't expect it to be so well received, we were blown away...it let's people sell their products without having to be part of a market or pay for a shop."

Ms Yates said she was really excited to have 60 people involved within a week of advertising the event.

"It's something we do that we enjoy, we like working with local businesses ... it's different ot regular markets, it gets them around the whole time and they don't always get to do that," she said.
