Two boys have been charged after a house break-in at Port Lincoln on Sunday.
Sometime between 5pm and 11pm on Sunday, February 28 a home on Rodda Avenue was broken into and a Mitsubishi Pajero was stolen from the driveway.
At about 2.35am on Monday, March 1, the car was sighted travelling on the Lincoln Highway near Whyalla.
Following an investigation, later that morning at about 4.15am police located the vehicle at a Whyalla Norrie address where they arrested two boys aged 17 and 13.
They were both charged with aggravated serious criminal trespass, illegal use of a motor vehicle, theft and breach of bail.
Both boys were refused bail and appeared in court on Monday.
The 13-year-old was remanded to reappear at the Adelaide Youth Court on March 3, while the 17-year-old was remanded to reappear at the Adelaide Youth Court on March 29.
