BORDER concert-goers have been warned to stay away from unauthorised ticket resellers ahead of Sir Elton John’s history-making performance in the North East next year.

Pre-sale tickets for the performance at Wahgunyah’s All Saints Estate on January 29, 2020, will be made available to A Day On The Green members from 9am on Wednesday.

Roundhouse Entertainment promoter Michael Newton urged fans to avoid resellers such as Viagogo and to be wary of scalpers on Gumtree and Ebay.

Viagogo tricks customers into purchasing tickets by appearing at the top of a google search, making it appear like it is the official seller, and telling customers to hurry and complete their order before the show is sold out.

Tickets will go on sale to the general public from 9am on Friday and are available through Ticketmaster.
