Wind causes dust storm

The dust beating down on the city is likely a result  of a strong front sweeping down across the south.

The Bureau of Meteorology has issued a severe weather warning for damaging winds. in the Adelaide Metro, Mount Lofty Ranges, Lower Eyre Peninsula, Eastern Eyre Peninsula, Yorke Peninsula, Mid North, Kangaroo Island, Riverland, Murraylands, Upper South East, Lower South East and parts of West Coast and Flinders districts.

A strong front with squally showers and thunderstorms are expected to sweep across the south today. Very strong wind gusts have been recorded across the state.

Remember to drive to the conditions, slow down, allow extra space between you and the vehicle in front, be patient and courteous and watch out for debris.
