This month several members attended the annual Eyre Peninsula Camera Club’s Picnic. Once again it was good to catch up with like-minded photographers from all over the peninsula, and some of our members picked up awards in the competition.
A great weekend of tours to local orchards, gardens and farming properties, ruins, and bird watching.
Quite a few members have been practising their night photography and light painting skills this month too after the February workshop with Denis Smith. It is great to see more people entering our monthly competitions too and there has been a steady improvement in the quality of photos. We also have a couple of members who are doing well in international competitions.
