Harriers enjoy good numbers at Sunday run

There were good numbers for the Harriers beach run/walk on Sunday morning.

While the competitive runners enjoy the challenge of how fast they can run or walk, the majority are happy to complete their run or walk around the beach area to get fit and enjoy the scenery.

The social aspect is there too, as everyone gets together afterwards and discusses what went well and what went wrong.

Young runners Daniel Kriticos and Michael Rogers are certainly showing everyone else how to do it, while Masters runner Chris McCann shows that age is no barrier to fitness, coming in third.
