 Final game just a formality

Final game just a formality

League leaders West take on wooden spooners Weeroona Bay at Memorial Oval on Saturday.

This will be a game of how much will the Dragons win by.

The Dragons have deservedly finished on top of the table and along with North are Premiership favourites.

This is a game West can afford to rest a few players with niggly injuries, making sure they are cherry ripe for the clash with North next Friday.

The Bays will be glad this is the last game of the season, as this has been a season to forget.

An interesting thing will be to see what sort of team turns out for the Bays, as we have become accustomed to a few mysterious injuries and players being unavailable for the last round when their Reserves are embarking on another finals campaign.

The Dragons are a class act and it would be hard seeing the young Bays, who would have learnt a fair bit over the season toppling them, but I'm sure with a change of attitude and more support from the more experienced Tigers they can turn things around next year.

The Dragons will win and win easy by 100 points.
