Whyalla High School has welcomed a new

Whyalla High School has welcomed a new principal who has some fresh ideas for the school's future.

Graham Clark moved to Whyalla a couple of weeks ago after applying for the job through the Department of Education and Child Development's website.

But this is not the first time Mr Clark has been to Whyalla.

Mr Clark was previously the principal of Fisk Street Primary School for a short time in 2010.

Fisk Street Primary School was not Mr Clark's first leadership position though.

"I've been a senior leader of a number of other schools such as Youth Education Centre and Open Access College in Adelaide," Mr Clark said.
