Probus inducts new committee for 2010

The Whyalla Norrie Probus Club recently held its annual general meeting and elected a new committee to continue providing the retired or semi-retired community of Whyalla with a venue to enjoy a social get-together, planned tours, local outings and entertaining guest speakers.

Retiring president, Brian Ledington thanked his committee for their enthusiasm and help in making the past year a very pleasant one for him.

In particular, he thanked entertainment officer, Veronica Moore, vice president, Rosalie Norton, and secretary, Lyonel Elston, for their help and support during the year.
